Data Storage Consent Agreement

Consent agreement upon confirming the request of reservation

By confirming my reservation request and entering my personal details necessary for the reservation, I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Madhouse s.r.o. in order to provide me its accommodation service.

By submitting my reservation, I confirm that I read and accept the terms and conditions of the Madhouse s.r.o.

By submitting my reservation, I consent to receive communications in regards to my stay.I consent to be fully responsible of all outstanding balances incurred during my stay in regards to the accommodation and any damages occurred by me to the property of Madhouse s.r.o.

As long as Terms & Condition are not infringed (late-cancellations, no-shows or group bookings), after submitting my reservation request, I can withdraw consent to any of the precedent point by sending an email with a request to do so. In that case, Madhouse s.r.o. has the right to cancel my booking since it can no longer perform its services and therefore, the contract is voided.

Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby grant Madhouse s.r.o., with the registered office in Prague 1, Spalena 102/39, post code 110 00, Reg. No.: 242 03 585, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under the file code C 188348, as a personal data administrator (hereinafter referred to as “rental property, residential and non-residential premises, innkeeper activity”),

My free and voluntary consent to the processing of personal data to the extent of: the email address, identification details (such as name, Surname and date of birth) and, if applicable, any further information that Madhouse s.r.o. has received about me, and will use it to process my accommodation reservation request and to concentrate its communication efforts

For the purpose of: communicating with me in order to personalise for my stay, keep me updated about any events that may possibly interest me during my stay with Madhouse s.r.o. or to follow up with me on the quality of my stay and invite me to follow the Madhouse on social media for future travel plans.

This consent is granted for the period of 10 years.

I further acknowledge that I can withdraw this consent electronically at any time by sending an email at this following address info@themadhouseprague.com. I can withdraw my consent even before the expiration of the period for which it was granted. Revocation of the consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to withdrawal of consent.
